Denver Benjamin was chosen as one of five students state-wide to be an Alabama Public Television Young Hero. This award is given to student who have excelled academically and given back to their community while overcoming hardship. We are so proud of Denver and the accomplishments she has achieved!

To Auburn with Honors


A class of 2018 Colbert County Senior received some very exciting news this week.  Anna Kate Russell was notified on February 5th, 2018 of her acceptance to Auburn Honor College.  This invitation only opportunity will provide Anna Kate with incredible benefits as she attends Auburn University to study Biomedical Sciences during Fall 2018.  Benefits of Auburn Honor College include smaller class sizes, in-depth research opportunities, separate dorms and special study sessions.  This academic achievement is a huge honor that has many requirements, one being a minimum score of 30 on the ACT.   Congratulations Anna Kate!  War Eagle and Roll Tribe!
