In accordance with The School Fiscal Accountability Act (ACT No. 2006-196), the following reports are made available each year no later than December 31st. 

A.  Financial - Funding and Expenditure Reports

B.  Student Achievement Reports may be accessed in total at the State Department of Education web site (http://www.alsde.edu/) under the "Data Center" and "Assessment Reports."  State level and school level reports can be found in the links section.

C.  School Safety and Discipline - The Student Incident Report (SIR), in summary for Colbert County Schools that was submitted to the Department of Education in June is posted in the following section.
